and my face was with brown spots...I skraped with my nail and it was like dryed clea?..I was like several layers ...it went from one layer into next??

Hehe. Mirrors within the dream space are often powerful encounters for they strongly reflect what is going on in your subconscious and, more importantly, your relationship to it.
To offer a quick analysis:
I would say that the brown spots suggest that you are focused on the judgement of you: the way you look as well as act to others and/or your self.
The attempt to scrape it off is the passing of your judgement and desire to be removed of something that you do not want to be part of.
The fact that you could not scrape the spots off shows that the judgement of your own self is self-deep, not skin-deep.
Based on this I think that your subconscious is trying to communicate to you that this judging of self is the cause of such unwanted 'defects' and not something that you have any material control over.
